Commission

PTN advisors begin with a 90% commission split and have the opportunity to earn 95% based on production milestones. Advisors also retain 100% of their planning fees, where permitted by applicable Seller of Travel laws. Combined with monthly commission payments, our compensation structure is designed to support growth at every stage.
