By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.
These Terms apply to all visitors, consumers, prospective advisors, advisor applicants, current and former advisors, suppliers, sponsors, exhibitors, event attendees, and any other individual or entity that accesses or uses the Website.
PTN Travel is a luxury host travel agency that supports independent contractor travel advisors by providing education, business development, technology, supplier relationships, operational support, community, networking opportunities, marketing resources, and other professional services.
Nothing on this Website constitutes an offer of employment, a guarantee of membership, or an agreement to establish an advisor relationship with PTN.
Independent travel advisors affiliated with PTN operate their own independent businesses and are not employees, partners, joint venturers, or agents of PTN unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this Website.

PTN does not endorse or guarantee the services, recommendations, pricing, availability, or performance of any independent travel advisor.
Consumers are solely responsible for selecting a travel advisor and determining whether that advisor is appropriate for their individual travel needs.
PTN shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, errors, disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising from or relating to services provided by an independent travel advisor.
PTN reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. PTN may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, replace, or remove any portion of the Website, its content, features, technology platforms, educational offerings, supplier relationships, advisor benefits, marketing programs, events, or other services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.
Submitting an inquiry, scheduling a discovery call, completing an application, participating in interviews or meetings, or otherwise expressing interest in PTN does not guarantee acceptance as a PTN advisor.
PTN reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to accept, decline, postpone, suspend, or terminate any application or membership at any time and for any lawful reason.
PTN may establish, modify, or discontinue membership requirements, application procedures, onboarding processes, fees, benefits, technology platforms, supplier relationships, training requirements, educational offerings, commission structures, or other aspects of its business at any time. Such changes do not create any obligation for PTN to maintain any particular program, benefit, or offering.

Current advisors remain subject to the terms of their applicable Advisor Agreement and any other agreements entered into with PTN. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and an executed Advisor Agreement, the Advisor Agreement will control with respect to the advisor relationship.
The Website may allow users to submit information, including applications, contact forms, event registrations, testimonials, reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, suggestions, support requests, and other materials (“User Submissions”).
By submitting User Submissions to PTN, you grant PTN a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, create derivative works from, and otherwise use such User Submissions for PTN’s business purposes, including marketing, education, promotional materials, social media, events, and website content, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable or, if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
PTN’s failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of PTN.
You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without PTN’s prior written consent.
PTN may assign or transfer its rights or obligations under these Terms, without restriction, in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, corporate reorganization, financing, or other business transaction.
These Terms, together with PTN’s Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and PTN regarding your use of the Website.
If you are a current PTN advisor, your executed Advisor Agreement, Participation Addenda, event registration terms, and any other written agreements between you and PTN govern your advisor relationship. If there is a conflict between these Terms and those agreements, the more specific agreement will control with respect to the subject matter of that agreement.
Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination of your use of the Website shall survive, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, disclaimers, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, confidentiality, and any payment obligations.

The IATA/IATAN ID Card is the industry-standard credential to identify bona fide travel professionals. Key benefits include access to concessionary incentives from industry suppliers. The IATA MemberPerks program provides cardholders with daily savings at over 300,000 merchants across North America.
To be eligible, you must register with IATAN under PTN’s IATA number 45769253, work a minimum of 20 hours per week, and earn a minimum of $5,000 per annum in commissions. You’ll need to send PTN a support ticket asking for approval. Once approved, we will send you a PRIN # to allow you to register with IATAN and ask for an ID card.
The official credential of the global cruise industry. The CLIA Enrolled Member Benefit And Recognition Credential (EMBARC ID) provides instant industry recognition and access to CLIA member benefits.
To be eligible, you must register under PTN’s CLIA number 00032299, work a minimum of 20 hours per week and earn a minimum of $5,000 per annum in cruise booking commissions. Submit a support ticket to PTN for approval. Once approved, you can register on the CLIA website.
